Which certificate comes with my vial?+
The certificate for the same compound and the same amount, issued by the supplier's laboratory and filed by batch number. Where one is not posted yet, the product page says so and we send it on request.
What does research use only mean here?+
Every product is sold for laboratory research only. Nothing here is for human or animal use, and we make no therapeutic, diagnostic or dosing statements. Orders are for adults 21 and over.
What shipping speeds can I choose?+
Ground, 2-Day, Overnight and Cold Chain, each with its price shown at checkout. The shipping policy lists every speed.
How do bundles and pack pricing differ?+
Pack pricing is several vials of one compound: 3 take 10% off and 10 take 20% off. A bundle is three compounds from one class at one price, below the sum of the three.
What if a vial arrives damaged?+
Email us within seven days with photos and the order number. Transit damage is replaced; the returns policy has the details.
